Built by neighbors who were tired of circling

Every day on the Upper West Side, someone pulls out of a perfect spot at the exact moment someone else is circling two blocks away. Neither of them knows about the other.

SpotWhispr started with a problem every New York driver knows. Every minute, cars pull out of spots across the city while other drivers circle the block looking for one. We built SpotWhispr to connect the two. It's open to drivers in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, and our community is strongest on the Upper West Side, where it all began. We call it parking karma: share your spot today, and a neighbor shares one with you tomorrow.
